Come and train in Marrakech. We take care of everything
Due to the health crisis, your boxes have unfortunately been closed for many months in Europe.
We are fortunate at CrossFit Sirocco to be able to continue to train normally while respecting the health protocol in place in Morocco. Why don’t you come and join us?
Book below in one of our partner Riads. Be quiet, we take care of everything (transfers from the airport, cabs to get to the box, etc).
Do you have questions about access requirements in the CoVID context? Check out our FAQs below.
Access conditions to Morocco. Our FAQ
The conditions of access to Moroccan territory have been made more flexible since September 2020 in the context of CoVID19. In order to travel, you need :
- a Negative PCR test with a collection date of less than 72 hours.
- a hotel reservation in a registered accomodation (that we provide of course if you book with us)
- a valid passport.
And that’s it!
We know that some fear a new closure of the borders as in March 2020. This one seems extremely unlikely to us considering the entry controls already operational since a few months.
Most of the EU countries (including France) require a negative PCR test for entry into their territory from Morocco. Be advised that the test is very easy to access here in Marrakech. We can even arrange for the collection at the box after your training.
We live rather normally in Marrakech. The restaurants are open, you can relax on the terrace in the sun after training.
The main restrictions are on night establishments which remain closed and traffic between some of Morocco’s major cities can sometimes be problematic (although there are tolerances for tourists).
We strictly apply to CrossFit Sirocco the sanitary protocol put in place by the Moroccan authorities. Our box being very large (1200 m2, the largest in Africa), we apply without difficulty the principle of social distancing. The equipment is disinfected after each WoD.
The main European cities have direct flights to Marrakech (Paris, Marseille, Brussels, Milan, London). We invite you to consult Sky Scanner to book your flight.
We invite you to consult the dedicated page of the Ministry of Tourism in Morocco relating to the local CoVID context and travel arrangements.
