WHAT IS
CROSSFIT?

Literally, CrossFit is the sport of fitness. Whatever your age or level of fitness, CrossFit is within your reach. Based on functional movements (jumping, running, lifting, carrying, moving, swimming…), constantly varied and performed at high intensity, this physical preparation program will provide you with the skills that will make you the athlete of your daily life.

A CrossFit session always
proceeds in the same way:

Duration : 1 hour

Groups, 12 people maximum, booked in advance according to schedule (Emulation guaranteed)

Skills: learning and technical work.
The movements are rich, varied and sometimes complex. It’s an opportunity to work on the movements used in Wods and adapt them so that everyone finds the right intensity.

Warm up: joint unlocking, muscular and cardiovascular warm-up

Wod, a contraction of Workout of the day, is different every day, both in terms of its format, time, task and discipline, and in terms of the movements used. You’ll never do the same workout.

Cool down, return to calm: this is the moment to give each person points for improvement, to relax, but also to work on joint mobility and self-massage in order to recover physically so as to be ready for a new session.

CrossFit is an individual group sport. Lean on the group when you lack motivation. The community will always be there to encourage you to get out of your comfort zone.

SUPERVISED & COACHED

Your session takes place in a specific time slot, with your place reserved in a group of up to 12 people. Your coach animates and corrects each person in order to give performance points. Your progress is assured, and you’re never left to your own devices.

Your session is different every day – no more boring routines. Every day, your coach programs a new session based on the CrossFit method and adapts it to your individual level. Every day, you’ll discover a new challenge on the spot.

PROFESSIONAL RHYTHM
